Overnight Visit:
If you would like to camp at TCC for the weekend or during the holidays you can do so next to the Wendy Houses, adjacent to the clubhouse. Own tents and sleeping equipment must be brought.
Tented camping - R370 per night (up to 4 people)
Caravan camping - R480 per night (up to 4 people)
Additional campers - R106 per person per night
(Additional campers under 12 years camp for free)
Wendy House Hire:
You can rent a Wendy house for your overnight visit. The Wendy houses have lights and are situated conveniently around the Clubhouse and close to the ablution facilities. Please bring your own bedding.
2 Sleeper Wendy - R424 per night
4 Sleeper Wendy - R530 per night

Bonfire :
The Bonfire pit is situated outside the club house and is available for social gatherings and parties.
Braai Areas :
The TCC braai areas are out on the club house balcony and can accommodate many a tanned chop.
Bathrooms :
The TCC bathrooms are fully functioning, including showers and baths.
Swimming Pool :
There is a communal pool for guests and members of the club situated next to the Kiddies jungle gym.
Jungle Gym :
This has recently been upgraded and is perfect for children under 12.
Volley Ball Court :
Contact us to put the net up and supply the ball, if you do not have your own.
Functions At TCC
The Club House:
The Catamaran Clubhouse is completely equipped for functions of up to 80 people.
The clubhouse can be hired as a venue for private functions, either fully catered or as the venue alone, the bar can also be opened and cater for any private functions. Please contact us for prices & bookings .
We serve dinner and breakfasts on regatta weekends.

We have a fully stocked pub in the clubhouse, serving a comprehensive range of drinks.
Rental of the Clubhouse for functions :
R2000 from 8am to 3pm
R2000 from 4pm to 12pm
Additional per person fee, of R40 per person, for groups over 25 people.
Rental of the Clubhouse as a dormitory :
R3000 from 8am to 8am (24 hours). Additional per person fee, of R40 per person, for groups over 40 people. Maximum number allowed is 60 people!
The Boma:
The Boma is located on the foreshore shore and can accommodate about 40 people for private functions.
The Boma has a tuck shop that can help cater your function, this includes; cold beverages, boerewors rolls, hot dogs, toasted sandwiches, chips and sweets etc.
The tuck shop will always be open on Regatta and holiday weekends.
Rental of the Boma :
R1200 from 8am to 3pm
R1200 from 4pm to 12pm
Wooden table and benches included in the rental x 8.
Additional equipment hire per person, per rental item.
Breakage deposit required for rental items.
The Club's bar facilities are available on request.
Booking is Essential.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. This is non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less before event.
The Clubhouse and Boma will not be hired out on the same dates and times, to ensure that Club members have a social facility available to them.
The Clubhouse and Boma will not be hired out on the same dates as TCC Regatta weekends or other TCC organised events.
